Edward Quinn


Ed forged his career in institutional valuations at CBRE Melbourne & London (Shopping Centres), with personal responsibility for single asset valuations up to £2bn before going client side.

Specialising in Build to Rent in London at Lendlease & later M&G Real Estate, two major BTR platforms, Ed’s experience includes Build to Rent funds & investment management, oversight of asset management and direct forward fundings/acquisitions.

Through tangible, mature market Build to Rent experience, Ed is focussed on all things capital and asset management.


Tristan Quinn


As a trained architect, Tristan is skilled in design, development and project management with a 15 year background planning and delivering residential and mixed-use projects. Tristan’s experience spans developments in Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.

Focussing on site selection, feasibility, acquisition, planning, design and delivery of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects in Australia, Tristan’s experience spans small, medium and large scale developments.

Tristan leads Franklin St.’s acquisitions, design and development.


Jeremy Quinn


Jeremy has built a global career in real estate investment and development over two decades, with a depth of experience throughout both Australia and the US.

With a wealth of tangible BTR experience, both developing and capitalising multifamily projects in the US, working with the global leaders in this space, he adds significant insight into the evolution of BTR in the Australian market.

Jeremy has worked across the real estate spectrum with some of the leading real estate investors globally, including highly influential private equity groups in NYC and across the US.

He is a qualified CFA and has an excellent and detailed grasp of real estate and macro economic trends globally.

Jeremy is responsible for investment & divestment focussing on project structuring and analysis.


Michael Quinn


Having managed numerous property businesses over the past 50 years, Michael oversees the business with specific focus on operations & strategy.

After 35 years managing the Quinn Group and its property developments, Michael has spent over a decade as Officer in Effective Control of a market leading real estate agency and property management business.
